• Price is $99 (exclusive of GST) for 1 session LED teeth whitening. For subsequent sessions, price may be quoted at ala carte price.

• $99 teeth whitening is only for 1 session, additional sessions requires top up. 

• Customers aged 16 – 20 years old have to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

• Strictly by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier and present your identity card during appointment. 

• Upon submitting this form, you agree to allow Bio Aesthetic Holdings Pte Ltd and it's affiliate companies to contact you for marketing purposes
