E-Gift Cards are only applicable to ala-carte treatments only. It is not valid for use with other ongoing promotion, discounts, vouchers, first trial, bundle buys, online promotions and in-store promotions.
For redemption of Treatments E-Gift Cards, it will be available at all Bio Aesthetic Medispa in Singapore (Not available online) – . Balance cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used for the payment of credit card instalments.
Valid for 12 months from date of purchase; no validity extension requests will be entertained. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry.
No refunds are permitted with respect to gift cards.
A Bio Aesthetic E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Bio Aesthetic Gift Cards. Unless otherwise noted, it cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. If an E-Gift Card is reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, it will become invalid. Gift cards that have not been used may not be transferred.

Limitation of liability
Bio Aesthetic will not be liable for any claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the Bio Aesthetic E-Gift Card, including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Bio Aesthetic E-Gift Card program, or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the Bio Aesthetic E-Gift Card, to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, as well as loss of data, income, or profit, loss of or damage to property, and third-party claims.
